Ahmed Car Recovery provides emergency vehicle towing, roadside assistance, desert extraction, and basement vehicle recovery. We make every effort to reach you within the estimated arrival time, but traffic, road hazards, and weather conditions may cause delays.
Our rates are quoted before service commencement based on vehicle type, location, and the nature of the recovery. All rates are final. Payments are due immediately upon service completion unless prior corporate agreements are in place. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
While loading, transporting, and unloading your vehicle, our operators handle your property with maximum care. Ahmed Car Recovery carries comprehensive cargo and transit liability insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues, engine failure, or cosmetic damages resulting from structural collapse prior to our arrival.
Customers must declare any specialized vehicle modifications (such as ultra-low suspension kits, aftermarket body wraps, or AWD systems) before loading. Customers must present valid proof of vehicle ownership or official police clearance if requested, particularly for accident recovery.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
