Vehicle Transport Dubai — Planned Moves, Done On Time

Car transport in Dubai is the scheduled side of vehicle recovery: instead of an emergency tow, you book a date and time for a planned move. Workshop transfers, dealership deliveries, inter-emirate relocations, showroom logistics — booked in advance, priced upfront, executed with the same flatbed care and photo documentation as our emergency work.

When do you need transport instead of towing?

How does booking work?

Call or WhatsApp us with the pickup address, delivery address, vehicle details and your preferred date and time. We confirm the exact price immediately — standard vehicles AED 150–250 within Dubai, luxury cars AED 150–250, inter-emirate quoted by route — and lock in your slot. On the day, the truck arrives on time, the car is photo-documented from 12 angles, loaded onto the flatbed, GPS-tracked to its destination, and handed over with a final condition check. No waiting around, no price changes.

How much does it cost?

Move typeTypical price
Standard vehicle, within DubaiAED 150–250
Luxury / sports car, within Dubai (flatbed-only)AED 150–250
Inter-emirate (e.g. Dubai–Abu Dhabi)Quoted by route

Booked transport is fixed-price at booking. High-value cars can travel enclosed — see our sports car recovery page for the lift-gate enclosed option.

Why book transport instead of calling a tow on the day?

Three reasons: the right truck, the right time, the right price. Emergency dispatch sends the nearest available unit; a booking sends the ideal one — a low-deck flatbed for your lowered car, an enclosed trailer for the concours piece. You choose the time instead of waiting for an ETA. And the price is agreed days ahead, not minutes. For anything that isn't an emergency, transport is simply the smarter way to move a car. If it is an emergency, our breakdown recovery team is the right call.

Where do we transport?

All of the UAE from our Al Quoz base. Regular routes include Deira showrooms, Jebel Ali port and industrial, Dubai Hills and Arabian Ranches residences, and inter-emirate runs to Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi. See coverage for the full map.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between vehicle transport and car towing?

Towing is an emergency response — your car broke down and needs moving now. Vehicle transport is scheduled: you book a date and time in advance for a planned move like a workshop transfer, dealership delivery or inter-emirate relocation. Transport lets us assign the ideal truck, confirm exact pricing upfront, and arrive precisely when you need us.

How much does car transport cost in Dubai?

Standard vehicles cost AED 150–250 for transport within Dubai, luxury and sports cars AED 150–250 with flatbed-only handling, and inter-emirate moves are quoted by route. Because transport is booked in advance, the price is fixed and confirmed at booking — no variables, no surprises on the day.

Can you move a car from Dubai to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?

Yes. We run inter-emirate transport regularly — Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and the other emirates. Longer routes are best done on a flatbed for safety, and luxury cars travel flatbed-only as standard. Tell us the pickup and delivery addresses when booking and we will confirm the route price in advance.

Do you transport cars for dealerships?

Yes. We work with dealerships on new-car deliveries, inter-branch transfers, service-centre movements and customer handovers. Trade-plate and documentation requirements are handled per the dealership's process, and our photo documentation gives both dealer and customer a verifiable condition record at each handover.

How far in advance should I book?

For standard moves within Dubai, 24 hours' notice is usually plenty — same-day slots are often available. For inter-emirate moves, enclosed transport or multi-vehicle logistics, 2–3 days' notice lets us guarantee the right truck and timing. Call +971 50 209 7467 and we will confirm availability immediately.

Is my car insured during transport?

Every transport is photo-documented from 12 angles before loading and after delivery, creating a timestamped condition record. Our operations run under RTA Commercial License No. 948271 with Safe Contractor Approved status, and our trucks are GPS-tracked so the vehicle's journey is fully traceable from pickup to handover.

Can you transport a non-running car?

Yes. Non-runners are winched onto the flatbed — no need for the car to start or even roll freely. Just tell us the car does not run when booking so we bring the winch rig and allow extra loading time. Cars with locked wheels or seized brakes can be moved with wheel skates.
